This notice explains how WealthPillar Inc. handles personal information on wealthpillar.ca and when you contact us.

What this website collects

You can browse wealthpillar.ca without giving us any personal information. The site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

When you send an enquiry

Our enquiry form is hosted on our secure client system at chiragkalra.ca. When you submit it, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and what you'd like to discuss, along with the contact choices you select and the time of your request. The enquiry privacy notice explains in full how that information is used, stored and protected.

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and use it to reply and to arrange a conversation.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange meetings
  • To prepare for and provide the insurance planning services you ask for
  • To keep the records that the law and insurance companies require
  • To send messages you have agreed to receive

We don't sell personal information. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to run our systems and serve you, and some of those providers may process information outside Canada. If you apply for coverage, the insurance company collects your information under its own privacy policy, which it will give you.

Please keep sensitive details out of messages

Please don't include health information, social insurance numbers, account numbers, passwords or documents in a website enquiry, email or WhatsApp message. If an application needs that information later, we'll explain how to share it safely.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to optional messages at any time. Reply STOP to a text or WhatsApp message to stop that channel, or email advisory@wealthpillar.ca.
